Varchar Technologies provides services including but not limited to:

• Logo design
• Branding and graphic design
• Website design and development
• Digital marketing services
• Creative and design solutions

All projects begin only after agreement on scope, pricing, and timelines. Any work requested outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges.

Clients are expected to follow the agreed payment schedule. Failure to complete payments may lead to delays, suspension, or cancellation of services.

Revisions are limited based on the selected package or agreement. Additional revisions beyond this may incur extra charges.

Ownership of final approved design files is transferred to the client only after full payment has been received.

Delivery timelines depend on the complexity of the project and how quickly the client responds. Delays in feedback or required materials may extend the overall timeline.

Varchar Technologies is not responsible for indirect losses, business damages, or issues arising from third-party services.
